X-Ray Technician

Applications are open for the role of an x-ray technician in our medical facility located in Onitsha, Anambra state.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform x-rays for diagnostic purposes
• Assist patients to prepare for x-ray and operate associate machinery
• Manage radiographs, prepare solutions and wash all x-ray films
• Evaluate angle and range of equipments to ensure appropriate results
• Maintain records of all X-ray and prepare reports for same
• Provide x-ray films and results to radiologist for appropriate evaluation
• Monitor equipments and ensure clean equipments to perform appropriate diagnosis
• Other tasks and duties as deemed necessary by the organization

Requirements

• Graduate of Radiography or similar discipline
• Possess at least one year working experience in similar role
• Must be computer literate
• Meticulous with great attention to detail
• Good teamworking skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Must be polite, smart and neat
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
